My thoughts and goals for 2009

Well, I have really been thinking about 2009 and I am feeling a little anxious!!
The last 2 years have brought so much sadness and strain to our family. That it is making feel like, I can claim high hopes for 2009! My heart is really wanting 2009 to flip around and see some sunshine and smiles!
So here are a few of my hopes, goals, and dreams ....

• Keep the Lord on top of my list
  
• Get Jobs for Hubby or I
  
• Get the Kids back on track...
  
• Read the bible all the way through
  
• Get Organized
• Move to a new area!
• Lose 35 pounds by June
• Re-New Our Wedding Vows
• Go to High School Reunion 20 year
• Get my business up and running better!! More things listed and sold!!
• Make more new Great Friends
• Blog more often that once a week ...Yike
• Take time for ME!!
  

No resolutions here, just prayers and more prayers!

Childrens Ornament Craft Idea's

I have been a room mom to many times in the same school and

This is for a class of 30 sixth graders J

Cleaning the Pie Safe

As you can see there are no Pies!

I have been trying to go through things and weed things out some of my junk...lol
The Pie safe is so full. I just realized all I did is re-organize my stuff already in there. I tried right :) I just couldn't part with fabulous things. Hubby just looked @ me and smiled.

Ok Ladies ... I found some great finds but, I wanted to share this great booth! She has very unusual things and it is just feels very Classic Chic! Let me tell you I had a long fun, exhausting and inspiring day! You must go some time when you can!

RoseBowl Flea Market

I have been preparing for this weekend to come for days now!
Here are the few steps I take just to get ready... don't lol :) But you will!
1. Make sure I have $$$$ 1's 5's & 10's, Go to the Bank!!
2. Make sure the car is cleaned out and ready to be stuffed FULL!
3. Get Walking shoes and clothes laid-out and ready.
4. Prepare my Granny cart ready for loading with all my Fabulous finds.
5. Charge Cell phone in case I have to phone a friend about an item :)
6. Get my fanny pack ready with camera, $, phone, water, sunblock and chapstick!
7. Set Alarm for 5:00 a.m
8. Go to bed and dream of my adventure to come :)

Okay, now I know that I am missing some steps but, you get the idea of it right...lol

My New Challenges.. New Job

Oh my goodness who new? I kinda had to join the work force.... YIKES! Today was my first official first day. I am now working full time and trying to juggle hubby, kids, house and my Vintage business? Ladies, I need your help, how the heck do you do all it? I have no clue as to where to even start. I am so stressed out and tired. Already, so much had to happen kids going to sitters, dinner time is later or dive-thur, and showering @ 11:00pm. The worse thing that happened was my Granny went into the hospital last night and I couldn't even stay with her to make sure she is ok, She is still there and I can't visit no time! Lunchs, showers, and homework still!!!! Help... my hair turn grey overnight...lol

Fall Time is Here!!

I have to say that Fall / Autumn, is my most favorite time of the year!
I truly enjoy leaves changing & falling, the Misty mornings, Warm drinks,
baking season, gourds, and smell of pumpkins!
I love the feeling of the Harvest in the Fall! And The spookiness of Halloween :)
